We offer supportive, goal-oriented short-term counseling (12-15 sessions) for individuals, helping them navigate challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Our services are confidential, convenient, and inclusive, welcoming individuals from all cultural, religious, and racial backgrounds. While fees apply for JF&CS counseling, we provide income-based fee reductions to ensure that our services remain accessible to all.

 

Many of our counselling clients benefit from attending one of JF&CS' Groups and Workshops.
