We offer affordable, professional counselling to individuals, couples and families to help manage the stresses of modern life.  Our counselling services are confidential and convenient. We welcome people of all cultural, religious or racial backgrounds. Fees are charged for JF&CS counselling, but a fee reduction based on income may be requested. 

 

Many of our counselling clients benefit from attending one of JF&CS' Groups and Workshops.
