This workshop is for women who have taken Mind, Body Connection 1 and want to continue to explore and learn mindfulness. Learn mindfulness and meditation in a safe and supportive group setting. Topics will include: Stress and anxiety reduction, Insights into limiting thoughts and habits, self-worth and self-esteem, fostering positivity and happiness.

This workshop will give you the tools to successfully release negativity and begin to foster positivity, happiness and a feeling of well being. Topics will include: becoming more self-aware, creating a gap between stimulus and response, learning to release negative thoughts and emotions, paying attention to the wisdom of the body, cultivating and fostering positive emotions.
This session would benefit anyone looking to improve their life, reduce stress, increase happiness and learn how to cope with the challenges that life brings.

The Social
Network
Staff run - TBA
A weekly socialization and support group for young adults seeking to learn social skills, overcome isolation and boost self-esteem. The Social Network is a group for individuals to access emotional support in a respectful, non-judgmental and safe environment. We offer participants the opportunity to decrease social isolation, explore feelings and increase self-esteem. We’re looking for 10-12 participants between the ages of approximately 25 to 40. The Social Network is free, but registration is required.
