Full-time

Salary: $90,000-$115,000 based on experience

About The Role

Are you passionate about program development and driving organizational effectiveness in the non-profit sector? Join our team as a Manager of Program Development and Innovation to lead the design and implementation of transformative programs that make a real impact in our community. This role oversees the development of innovative program frameworks, manages cross functional projects, and ensure continuous improvement in key areas, including child welfare, intimate partner violence, mental health and poverty reduction.

Responsibilities:​​

  • Lead the development of new programs that ensures cross-departmental alignment

  • Develop and implement program evaluation strategies

  • Oversee continuous quality improvement processes

  • Conduct research to inform strategic direction of services

  • Manage budgets and stakeholder relationships

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in social sciences, project management, or related field

  • 3 years of project development, project management or research and evaluation

  • Professional certification in project or change management is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Proficiency on project management tools

  • Experience with data analysis and evaluation

  • Comprehension of French or another language will be considered an asset
