Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 based on experience

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as Managers of Family Services. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of dedicated social workers, ensuring our services reflect the Agency’s mission, vision, and values. This position play a vital role in supporting poverty reduction, adult mental health, youth mental health, counselling, and community outreach, while providing clinical supervision to staff.
Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing social work team focused on poverty reduction, adult and youth mental health, counselling, and outreach.

Provide clinical supervision to ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based services.

Oversee caseloads, ensuring equitable distribution and effective client service.

Apply therapeutic modalities and best practices with an equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) lens.

Manage program budgets and build partnerships with community agencies.

Represent JF&CS in agency-wide initiatives and contribute to strategic goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
-
Minimum of 7 years in social work, including direct clinical service and supervisory experience.

Minimum of 5 years working within youth mental health and program management.

Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Strong understanding of diverse client needs, particularly in the area of mental health.

Commitment to a client-centered approach, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
-
Commitment to client-centered care, equity, diversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed service delivery.
-
Proven ability to plan, organize and inspire teams.
-
Experience in designing and implementing innovative services is an asset.

Significant familiarity with the Jewish culture, traditions and diverse communities.

Comprehension of French or another language will be considered an asset

Ability to travel across the GTA is required.
